How Online Registration with Active Works

Participants can visit your website, register, and pay online by credit card 24 hours a day.
Your customizable online registration form gathers all participant data error-free.
Registration and payment information is processed immediately, and an e-mail confirmation receipt is automatically sent.
All data is stored in your Active Registration Center, where you can search and sort registrations, print participant lists, download data, and access your complete financial reports at any time.
Every two weeks, a check will be sent to you for the registration fees collected over that period.
You will be assigned an account manager to assist you throughout the entire process.
Active provides a team of dedicated customer support professionals who will respond to phone or e-mail inquiries from your participants, free of charge.

Financials & Fee Structure

There are no set up fees and no hidden costs. The only cost associated with the service is a small processing fee for each registration. You may structure the processing fee in one of three ways to meet your needs.

Pass on the fee: The registrant will pay the regular registration fee as well as the processing fee in exchange for the convenience of online registration.
Build in the fee: You decide to absorb the cost of the processing fee so both online and offline registrants pay the same amount.
Split the fee: You may elect to absorb a portion of the processing fees and pass on a nominal amount.

Privacy Policy and Internet Safeguards

Active adheres to one of the most stringent privacy policies and will not share participant data or account information with third parties.
The Active system uses SSL encryption technology issued by VeriSign to protect all payment information.
